PgSmart Web User Configuration

User configuration allows you to manage who can access PgSmart Web, their access profiles, and the type of authentication used.

  1. Select the Settings option from the side menu.
    The list of users registered in PgSmart Web will be displayed.

Add a User​

  1. To add a new user:

2.1. Click Add.

2.2. Enter the new user's name.

2.3. Enter the new user's login.

2.4. If desired, enable the option to force a password change on next login.

2.5. Select the Access Type.

2.6. Select the User Profile.

note

Two access profiles are available:

Administrator: has full access and can install, configure, and manage all platform components without restrictions.
Analyst: has read-only access, with permission to view and monitor platform components only, without permission to register or operate on them.

2.7. Click "Save" to complete.

Edit a User​

  1. To edit a user:

3.1. Click the ✏ icon to edit the user.

3.2. Adjust the necessary information.

3.3. Click Save.

Remove a User​

  1. To remove a user:

4.1. Click the 🗑 icon to delete the user record.
