tables in the specified schema that are prefixed with the state
abbreviation. Defaults schema to tiger_data if no schema is

Description
Generates a script that drops all tables in the specified schema that
are prefixed with the state abbreviation. Defaults schema to
tiger_data if no schema is specified. This function is useful for
dropping tables of a state just before you reload a state in case
something went wrong during your previous load.
